Develop and create communication materials with a focus on supporting a variety of efforts across the broader internal communications team. Utilize a variety of communication vehicles to publish content including print, video and online/digital. Assist team with developing and implementing project management framework, collecting, analyzing and presenting related communications metrics.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and craft a variety of internal communication materials with a focus on supporting broader Internal Communications initiatives. Material may include email, newsletters, briefing documents, slide presentations and video/online content. 
  2. Consult with related teams and partners to identify and analyze needs. Assist with setting project objectives, priorities and timeframes, help identify and resolve problems. 
  3. Assist team with developing and implementing project management framework, collecting, analyzing and presenting related communications metrics. Assist with setting project objectives, priorities and timeframes, help identify and resolve problems. 
  4. Support departmental or special events, coordinating closely with various department and Business Unit partners as well as Communications/Marketing partners. 
  5. Develop and maintain close working relationships with Business Units, Shared Services, Communications and Marketing partners to ensure communications plans align with broader corporate internal communications strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related areas
  • 2-5 years of communications or related experience
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communications skills and abilities
  • Strong project management skills and data metrics familiarity
  • Highly collaborative team player, comfortable with change and evolving communications landscape
  • Familiarity with the corporation’s products and service
