The perfect candidate will be willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. It's part designer, office admin, receptionist, errand runner, sometimes gopher this and gopher that, some light event planning, and all times positive attitude and doing whatever it takes to get the job done to make our team and our customers happy!
As the ETE REMAN Jack/Jill of All trades, you need to be willing to help keep us on track, tell us if we’re going off-target, fight for what you know is right, and help keep all of us smiling and going in the right direction. At times, you may be leading the tasks, and sometimes you may be doing the tasks. Whatever it takes, you’ll do it, because this is a role in which you are required to make a positive impact on our organization.
Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in these areas:
- graphic design: sell sheets, email campaigns, direct mail, magazine advertisements, marketing collateral
- copywriting: newsletters, blog entries, sales team support materials
- social media assistance: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube
- trade show support: intineraries, interactive booth activities, physical attendance at 6 shows/year
Approximately 20% of your time will be spent in these areas:
- customer information gathering: interviews, testimonials
- "welcoming committee": answering customer phone calls, greeting customers & guests
- presentation materials: create stock presentation slides, including information
- VP specialty creative projects: design/branding assistance as requested directly from one of our ETE REMAN VP's
