Not all clients need that sort of thinking but for the ones that do, we need to know you’re up for the challenge. Celtic is a boutique ad agency in downtown Milwaukee, Historic Third Ward. Leverage your skills to develop concepts, assets, and deliverables for a wide variety of digital, print, and web-based projects.

Collaborate with internal teams to articulate and visualize concepts that achieve clients’ goals and objectives.

Challenge yourself to deliver consistent, outstanding work for multiple projects regularly.

Maintain a strong creative vision for projects while adhering to brand & style guidelines.

Collaborate on client proposals and presentations that may include concept sketches, comps and wireframes, mood boards, storyboards, etc.

Above and Beyond

Career-related passions and/or interests (photography, video production, writing, etc.) help elevate the team and make for good conversation starters during happy hour.

  • Smart, enthusiastic, motivated team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Detail and process-oriented
  • Interested in doing work for a wide range of industries 
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365, etc.)
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree
  • 1–3 years of experience
