Our Ideal Candidate:

You are a born visual storyteller, a conceptual thinker who defies norms and rides unicorns into the great unknown. You’re positive and energetic, as excited by challenges as you are by solutions, and your energy is contagious. You are excited to expand your portfolio, beef up your creative concepting, grow your design skills across a number of mediums—digital, social, print, experiential and in-store—and help create groundbreaking activations. Maybe you tinker with illustration, dabble in motion graphics, or know enough about video editing to be dangerous. No day job has walls that can contain your creativity.

Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience as an art director (internship considered), preferably in an agency or in-house creative department 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Design or relevant field preferred 
  • Proficient in Adobe Create Suite 
  • Functional knowledge of typography, layout and design principles 
  • Collaborates well with others, demonstrated by partnering with a copywriter and other creatives to successfully brainstorm and concept ideas 
  • Ability to communicate clearly, thoughtfully and succinctly to articulate an idea and reasoning behind creative choices 
  • Comfortable accepting constructive feedback and able to apply it to the work 
  • Thorough knowledge of current trends, pop culture, current and past design themes
