The junior copywriter will join a strong creative group to craft external and internal messaging for the university that sets us apart from our competition. The junior copywriter will work quickly to turn information into strategic, engaging messaging. Write copy for a wide range of medium, including but not limited to web, digital, social, TV/video, radio, print, newsletters, and long-format, printed materials

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Creative Writing or a related field is preferred. This is an entry level position, but any experience in marketing or advertising and/or a college internship is a plus.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with InDesign, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as experience in writing for digital and traditional media
  • Must be fluent and experienced in writing for digital and traditional media
  • Experience contributing to creative work from concept through production.
