Position Summary:

The Junior Creative Producer is a resourceful go-getter, with entrepreneurial skills, who, in partnership with our creative team, connects the appropriate people and resources to get a project done. You’ve consistently demonstrated the ability to work at a strategic level by generating bold and innovative ideas for growth, leveraged new technologies and applied innovation to achieve success at the tactical level through program management. You’repassionate about our members’ experiences, skilled in timelines, creating and tracking a high quantity of marketing projects and providing analysis about projects. The Junior Creative Producer drives ownership and accountability and sees projects through completion. The ability to manage multiple working and communication styles is key.

Strong organization and encouraging communication skills are required, as well as the ability to strategically land unique creative solutions, manage/negotiate the expectations of your assigned creative team and clients, drive high levels of design production performance in a high-volume work environment, all while maintaining active communication with stakeholders.

Assists Life Time Creative and Life Time Motion in achieving operational excellence by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards and resolving problems.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Sr. Motion Producer and partnering with Creative Project Managers, Motion and internal partners to gain alignment on projects 
  • Work with Sr. Motion producer to schedule appropriate resources within Workfront and the Motion calendars 
  • Provide project scope and manage changing schedules aligned for initiatives across platforms and manage studio shoot schedule and calendar 
  • Create production documentation (i.e., call sheets, production books) in partnership with Sr. Motion Producer 
  • Facilitate production-related team meetings and set expectations with internal and external teams to prioritize projects 
  • Communicate with vendors for talent, crew (hair & makeup, wardrobe, grip, gaffer, digital technician, audio, etc.), location (when applicable), props and order and setup craft services 
  • Troubleshoot and advise creative teams and business partners of the effect changes will have on schedules, resources and budgets and provides recommendations 
  • Organize Motion server and upload final work into the DAM 
  • Utilize Workfront management to manage project schedules, assign resources and lead production team 
  • Establish strong relationships with creative, business, channel and internal teams to work most effectively and efficiently

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • Drive creative direction in all creative disciplines

  • Take initiative to connect all resources with an entrepreneurial mindset 
  • Handle and resolve client conflicts in a professional, positive and tactful manner 
  • Build relationships with marketing partners, members and team members 
  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Workfront, JIRA 
  • Use standard office procedures and computer software, including experience with Project Management Tools 
  • Exercise excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Effectively manage tight deadlines independently and within a team environment. 
  • Define problems, collect and analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and recommend solutions

Education:

  • Four-year college degree in related field

Years of Experience:

  • A minimum of 0 –2 years’ experience in project management, preferably at an agency
  • Experience effectively working with external clients and internal client teams preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience effectively working with external clients and internal client teams preferred. 
  • Experience on digital and traditional campaigns 
  • Ability to operate a personal computer
