Wild Marketing Group, a Waukesha based company, is a global leader in the promotional marketing industry. Our clients large and small rely on us for B2B and B2C solutions. We are seeking an experienced, junior developer & QA analyst to join our team for a six month contract-to-hire position. This role will develop and execute software test plans in addition to helping maintain our many custom business utilities, web sites, and eCommerce sites. Attention to detail and the ability to deliver quality customer-facing solutions are absolute requirements.

The Junior Developer/Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing, coding and modifying custom application solutions from layout to function and according to a client's specifications, as well as supporting the planning, design and execution of system testing. This role will work collaboratively within the IT department and other business units to execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.
  • Perform testing on various software and reporting systems.
  • Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
  • Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
  • Participate in documentation of projects, requests, and infrastructure changes.
