Are you a fresh-faced designer looking to start your career in design? We are looking for a designer ready to grow into their own by working with a team of designers, animators, directors and strategists who will help make the start of your career a success.
Clients include global B2B and B2C companies with established brands as well as local and regional businesses. Project assignments include production and hands-on design, working with existing brand standards or developing your own, within both print and digital mediums.
Our goal is to nurture this role with varied projects and experiences along with mentorship. We want to help you evolve into a mature designer who will help lead our team. Career growth is important to us, and we want to grow from within. Over the first year, you will be expected to expand your skills to include PowerPoint, motion graphics, user experience and interface design. We are a wear-many-hats team, so a day at Glantz can shift from big thinking to production to hands-on design.
Our working environment is collaborative and fast-paced, with multiple projects in process simultaneously. You must know the difference between good and great work and strive only for the best.
