As the Lead Digital Media Producer, you will oversee video production and create compelling content to support Rogers’ Mission of providing mental health and addiction treatment that helps people reach their full potential for health and well-being. Responsible for providing creative direction, project management and planning, shooting, graphics production, editing, and revising projects in collaboration with other team members to meet project goals, deadlines, and budget for high-quality deliverables. May also coordinate and oversee external resources for projects as needed. Contributes to identifying and executing new uses and formats for digital content.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively on prioritization of opportunities for use of digital content to support the Rogers brand and achieve system goals.
  • Accountable for the execution, management, and quality of multiple complex projects through a quick production cycle from concept development to shooting, editing, and finalizing to meet identified project objectives, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and delivering within the approved timeline milestones and budgets.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of given projects including production planning, scheduling, and creation and maintenance of the video library including b-roll creation, storage and backup.
  • Oversee Rogers’ YouTube channel’s presentation and organization to ensure accurate and engaging content and use digital analytics to track project performance across various platforms and revise approach based on findings.
  • Oversee Rogers’ digital production technology including periodic research, purchasing, licensing, and maintenance of all equipment and associated software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field and five years of experience required.
  • Broad background in visual content as well as experience and understanding of design principles.
  • Creativity and technical skills in videography, producing, editing, and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with markup languages such as Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
  • Hold a valid driver’s license in the state in which they are employed.
  • Required to have driving record approved by the Hospital’s insurance carrier.
