Lead Graphic Designer

We’re looking for an emerging design professional to join us as Lead Graphic Artist. We are a collaborative, roll-up-your-sleeves team that seeks graphic design leader with an artistic style to work with our DreamBox team.

The primary focus for this role will be to assist in determining the overall style and tone of a project to ensure that the client’s vision is brought to life. A summary of responsibilities may include, but is not limited to:

• Designs and is responsible for a diverse array of all graphic design production for studio 
• Creates custom graphic design for variety of clients in variety of mediums 
• Provide coaching and project lead interface to graphic designers who work on studio initiatives 
• Performs work in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of RSP’s cultural norms, including a commitment to client service, innovation, and smart design. 
• Contributes to a collaborative environment and an open communication process that shares information and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in fine art, graphic design or design-related field 
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a designer in a project driven environment preferably in print or digital design 
• Strong proficiency with industry standard design tools 
• Robust communication skills that demonstrate a clear and professional style 
• Excellent design skills with ability to demonstrate solid aesthetic judgement 
• Good time management and organizational skills – ability to work and adapt to changing priorities
