Responsible for developing, transforming, and utilizing digital data to create digital marketing campaigns and web solutions. Gathers, manipulates, and synthesizes data models and other relevant information to drive project strategies. Determines and conducts appropriate exploratory data analyses to generate insights. Utilizes unstructured data from web, voice, text, and log files to understand customer needs. Partners with technology teams to capture and integrate new data elements into enterprise data platforms. Designs and implements testing strategies for program optimization. Measures program performance and refines marketing and servicing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes online customer behavior on targeted processes. Determines the call volume impacts. Analyzes customer inquiries and subsequent behaviors. Identifies patterns and repetitive journeys that result in customer issues, unnecessary call generation, and incomplete tasks. Proposes onsite search logic changes and improvements to online features and functionalities. 
  • Evaluates post-performance impact on digital testing initiatives and makes recommendations for future initiatives. 
  • Provides insights and recommendations supported by quantitative analysis to enhance the digital experience and maximize online visitation. 
  • Creates dashboards that organize and present data that support stakeholder goals and objectives. Creates and delivers presentations to project teams and management. 
  • Facilitates data-driven decision making for digital marketing and web development. 
  • Collaborates with external vendors to assist with data collection and integration.

Minimum Qualifications:

At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field 
  • 4+ years of experience in Business, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Web Design, Web Development, User Experience, or related field 
  • In lieu of a degree, 6+ years Business, Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications, Web Design, Web Development, User Experience, or related field
