Primary Responsibilities:
The Communications Manager is responsible for implementing effective corporate communications strategies across the company’s diverse and geographically distributed workforce. This position will impact the engagement of all employees by developing creative content and using effective delivery mechanisms to reach KeHE’s 8,000 employees. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the company, this role will be responsible for content, programs, and projects that shape, influence, and positively impact the employee experience. As will all positions at KeHE, we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHE’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
