Position Summary:

Our Marketing team is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to lead our Content Team and be responsible for creating and overseeing content development, ensuring it meets our strategic goals. We’ll rely on your superb writing and editing skills and expertise in the special considerations of writing for the Web and the wide variety of devices that can access the Internet. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of content, including development, design, production, presentation, evaluation, and analysis. Using data and feedback from users, you’ll continually evaluate and enhance the value of our written materials and websites.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

  • Partner with the segment marketing team to define the customer value journey and set goals associated with each segment of that journey. 
  • Develop a comprehensive, multichannel content plan that supports the customer value journey, with particular emphasis on nurturing prospects with content. 
  • Provide direction to writers and creative teams on the ideation, production, and measurement of content. 
  • Review content for tone, voice, clarity, and consistency of messaging. 
  • Own the content calendar. 
  • Continuously optimize existing content to increase impact and conversion. 
  • Identify trending topics in the media that we could engage with and enhance via our content, with the goal of joining the conversation and spreading relevant messages

What You’ll Need:

  • 5+ years of business experience in publishing, consulting, advertising, marketing or communication 
  • 3+ years of experience in digital content marketing, communications, or content strategy. 
  • Deep understanding of trends happening in technology—particularly as it relates to content.
  • Track record of success driving key marketing metrics tied to awareness and conversion. 
  • Skilled in SEO best practices. 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and keyword research tools such as SEMrush.
