As a Manager in Creative Account Management, you will serve
as a strategic partner and creative lead for high-visibility, integrated
campaigns. This role is designed for a forward-thinking marketer who thrives in
cross-functional environments and is passionate about driving innovation and
creative excellence.
This role will lead multiple lines of business and creative
campaigns at once, focused on integrated thinking, creative strategy, problem
solving, cross functional collaboration and campaign execution.
Skills critical to this role include:
- Functional expertise: Expert understanding of advertising
channels and product capabilities, brand guidelines, creative briefing, and
what’s needed to successfully create and launch a variety of campaign types.
- Expert communicator: Strong verbal and written communication
is required as this role communicates daily with internal and external
partners, presents regularly, and needs the ability to influence discussions
and negotiate feedback.
- Relationship management: Proven success in developing strong
relationships with the ability to navigate partner and team discussions around
the work; a solution-oriented mindset to drive progress and resolution will be
critical in negotiating feedback, discussing tradeoffs, connecting dependencies
and priorities.
- Strategic leadership: Ability to synthesize business,
industry and media objectives and insights to create a compelling creative
strategy that drives great innovative work.
- Adaptability: Acts a leader through changes in the business
and strategy, provides stability and guidance to the team and thrives in
ambiguity.
This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to
work some days on-site at our Best Buy Corporate Campus in Richfield,
Minnesota, and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.
