Role Summary & Impact:

As a Manager of Content, you will be responsible for the day-to-day needs relating to content partnerships, you will lead conversations with internal stakeholders, partners and clients throughout the campaign execution process. You will work closely with the Account Director and broader Content Team. to deliver content programs on behalf of our clients.

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be connected to and obsessed with culture and stay connected to relevant marketplace trends and proactive points-of-views on creative, culture and campaign work.
  • Serve as a supporting project manager for content partnerships, ensuring all stakeholders  (internal and external) are accountable for meeting deadlines and delivering within approved plan parameters.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external partners, colleagues, and clients.  
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments (e.g. Planning, Investment, Strategy, Activation and Analytics) to ensure content partnerships are an interconnected part of the marketing and media plan.
  • Confidently communicate campaign updates and direction to internal teams to keep the campaign on track and all stakeholders informed.
  • Support the end-to-end content creation process. This can include but is not limited to, developing creative timelines and agendas, creating  decks to support campaign production, distributing recap notes internally and externally. Helping to manage budgets, assets, and approvals. 
  • Overall maintain and regularly update key documentation, including creative pitch decks, status documents, program overviews, campaign deal points, media plans, and campaign wrap reports. 
  • Ability to handle partner conversations, negotiations and program management with oversight from the Director.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation as required.
  • Help facilitate the RFP process internally and externally.
  • Assist Account Director in producing client deliverables, such as presentations, pitches and POVs.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience. 
  • Pop culture maven, obsessed with current trends and what's next. 
  • Minimum of ~2 years’ experience. Background in project management, integrated marketing, advertising, agencies, publisher, production, or creative.  
  • Ambitious, optimistic, and detail-orientated is key. 
  • Working knowledge of content development process, production and distribution. 
  • Experience in integrated marketing such as, marketing campaign launches, or the media partner landscape.  
  • Must be proactive, a team player, demonstrates leadership and has a genuine curiosity about social media, digital and marketing.  
  • Proven experience in building strong client relationships.
