The Creative Services Manager is responsible for aligning the organization's creative services strategy with institutional objectives, priorities and plans. This individual leads the graphic design team, including all employed, contracted and agency-based designers, and provides internal and external creative support for all areas of Children's Wisconsin through the timely and cost-effective production of print materials and other graphics.

In addition to graphic design work, other key areas of responsibility include managing the overall quality of the Creative Services team's output, providing art direction and consultation on a variety of pieces and campaigns, ensuring proper use of brand guidelines, scheduling and directing photo shoots, and collaborating with members throughout the department to ensure efficient and effective Creative Services processes. 

Bachelor's degree in art or a related field. At least ten years of graphic design professional work experience. At least three years of experience managing staff. Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, organize, direct and control projects. Excellent organizational and communications skills. Computer literacy and expert program experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat in a Macintosh environment.
