The Creative Manager – Social brings extensive experience
across creative disciplines, with a strong focus on social media and a
specialization in creating video content that fuels a brand's social content
mix. Leading a team of social content creators, this role provides creative
direction, consultation, and oversight of social-first content that strengthens
the Thrivent brand and drives business goals. Balancing strategy and
creativity, the Manager ensures all social content aligns with Thrivent’s brand,
social strategy, voice, and objectives. This role is instrumental in evolving
Thrivent’s creative in social, maintaining deep expertise in the brand’s
identity, and ensuring its consistent and impactful execution across all active
social channels.
