Position Details

Manager Marketing Technology
Northern Illinois
Naperville, IL

The Manager, Marketing Technology is responsible for integrating marketing and healthcare technology to reach patients and improve the patient experience. This includes management of CRM and marketing automation technology as well as digital marketing initiatives, including consumer and patient facing websites, mobile and social strategy. This position is responsible for oversight of digital campaign execution and measurement and requires a strong search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) and analytics background.

The Manager, Marketing Technology will combine their knowledge of content management systems (CMS), digital tools, digital marketing, CRM, and marketing automation to bring greater brand awareness, increase lead generation, and increase customer engagement.

Education, Experience and/or Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field. 
  • Four years of previous marketing experience which includes managing SEM/display budgets and measurement. 
  • A very high level of analytical ability and project management experience is required along with strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Work generally consists of activities, projects or assignments where there is considerable decision-making authority regarding digital strategies. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while being detail and deadline oriented to achieve System goals. 
  • Previous web and healthcare experience.

Education, Experience and/or Skills Preferred:

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms.
