Position Details

Manager, Marketing

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the successful launch and growth of Fresenius Kabi’s biosimilars offerings, specifically the Immunology portfolio, a key priority focus area for the company. This role will lead marketing activities for Immunology biosimilar products.


  • Lead marketing activities / projects for Immunology biosimilars. 
  • Support congress activities. 
  • Support market analysis activities, identifying key segment value drivers, growth opportunities, product positioning & customer segmentation/targeting. 
  • Develop content and collaborate with sales training to ensure effective and influential training on calls, promotional tools and materials. 
  • Work with cross functional teams (e.g. regulatory, legal, medical communications, medical, market research, market access, sales operations and sales training teams). 
  • Lead / collaborate with external agencies (e.g. creative, market research) to further build brand. 
  • Lead / support projects through the legal, regulatory, and medical review process. 
  • Support sales meeting planning and execution.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced science or business degree a plus. 
  • Minimum 5+ years Pharma experience required. 
  • Strategic thinking and ability to concisely translate complex scientific topics to a wide range of audiences. 
  • Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Forward-thinking, ability to lead and influence multi-disciplinary teams.
