We are searching for a Manager of Marketing Analytics located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As the Manager of Analytics, this individual will work with a variety of cross-functionally team members to maximize business performance by applying appropriate application of analytical tools, marketplace knowledge (pricing, promotion, competitive impacts, and environmental effects) and expertise to provide analytical, planning and forecasting recommendations to the RCP Business Units.

This role reports directly to the Director of Analytics and will be an integral member of the Business Units. The successful candidate typically will have related experience in Consumer Packaged Goods organization, with a reputation for excellence in performing the following tasks:

  • Support all efforts of the Analytics Team to identify and deliver marketing analytics insights and oversees all analytics for Reynolds BUs as part of a broader Insights and Analytics Team. 
  • Support company growth via skillful application of marketing analytics principles and measurements to the company’s strategies/tactics. 
  • Improved insight and direction on how to improve ROI on Pricing, Promotion, and A&P spending investments; and improved accuracy of marketplace predictions.
  • Closely work with key external analytics and marketing execution suppliers to ensure effective application of quantitative information.

Ultimately, you will work with team to apply analytic insights are provide key contribution to the business units addressing critical business challenges and provide insightful driver analysis/diagnosis of business trends.

We need you to have:

  • BS/BA degree (Business Administration, Statistics, Economics) preferred, with a concentration in marketing/quantitative analysis. 
  • 4+ years in CPG marketing analytics 
  • Experience with business-enabling broad range of analytical methodologies & techniques (including Marketing Mix Modeling, Price and Promotion modeling, Forecasting techniques)
  • Experienced knowledge of CPG Retail Measurement databases such as IRI and/or Nielsen; Household panel databases such as IRI Consumer Network. Facility in using these data for quantitative analysis to develop analytic insights

Icing on the cake:

  • MBA or another advanced degree 
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
