The Manager, Paid Digital Media position is an opportunity for an experienced candidate to drive strategy and execution of ROI-focused as well as full-funnel digital media buys. From PPC to Programmatic, the ideal candidate demonstrates great critical thinking, a sophisticated and advanced understanding of the digital media landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute cross-functional strategy to optimize site traffic through SEO, SEM and Paid Digital Media 
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, DSP, Video strategies by continually evolving Cambria’s approach to best practices; vetting and partnering with new technology companies; managing planning and execution tools, and staying on top of trends 
  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of paid search (PPC) programs such as algorithmic bid platform and manual bidding strategy/optimization 
  • Clearly define program objectives, tactics and KPIs effectively to the business unit through analysis, reporting and insights 
  • Work with Analytics teams to attribute success and scale performing campaigns 
  • Drive a cadence of constant optimization; iteration and experimentation for best results 
  • Create and maintain established relationships with publications, Programmatic and other “ad tech” partnerships 
  • Recommend spend allocation as it relates to our full-funnel strategy, including ROI analysis 
  • Oversee management and optimization of paid social programs such as understanding effective content, targeting and messaging strategies by platform 
  • Lead Programmatic display, partnership and publisher-related opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years’ Digital Marketing experience; Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and/or Paid Social/Programmatic experience
  • Systems: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Paid Search Technology tools; Certifications such as Adwords, CRO preferred
  • Travel Requirements: May be required to travel to other Cambria locations
  • Physical Requirements: This is an office position requiring phone and computer use.
