The Manager of Paid Media will collaborate with an integrated strategic communications team to develop campaigns that share BCBSA’s national messaging and support business initiatives. The Manager of Paid Media will devise new and innovative initiatives and approaches to leveraging paid media across multiple channels and platforms, lead day to day strategic management of a variety of projects and provide strategic direction for paid optimizations. He/S will manage the paid strategy of the integrated communications campaign(s) providing leadership, ongoing feedback, effective motivation and performance evaluation while working closely with the media agency of record.
