The Global Product Marketing Lead, Global Market Access (GMA), analyzes insights and competitive intelligence for UL’s GMA product/service portfolio to develop and understand target buyers and markets across all audiences. Creates go-to-market strategies, including crafting messaging that attracts and converts prospects and leads, leading creation of sales materials to facilitate positive client experience, and developing launch plans that outline in detail how GMA offerings are promoted and sold.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the creation of a global marketing strategy for UL’s portfolio of GMA offerings across multiple vetical markets. 
  • Tracks marketing investments, manages execution, and analyzes results for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales, and business development to understand the competitive landscape and drive demand in line with business goals. 
  • Supports and executes client acquisition and retention strategies to drive business growth. 
  • Leads through influence, collaborating with colleagues and reinforcing accountabilities and performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to. 
  • Plans and project manages market and trend research to identify new opportunities and ensure proper product/service targeting. Gathers and analyzes insights to influence business decisions and shape product/service marketing strategy. 
  • Capable of working independently, and with guidance in complex situations, to craft compelling content to drive awareness and purchase behavior. 
  • Partners with sales enablement to create compelling content that ensures the sales organization has the knowledge required to effectively sell GMA offerings. 
  • Partners with business development and sales to foster continuous feedback loop. 
  • Contributes to business success by performing other tasks as required.
  • 6+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role 
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field 
  • Some software product marketing experience preferred 
  • Strong written and oral communication 
  • Strong collaboration skills 
  • Strong project planning and management 
  • Business acumen 
  • Strong interviewing skills 
  • Budget management 
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong capabilities and experience working with senior leaders
