We are seeking a creative and technology oriented individual to lead our web development team. This position is responsible for the teams creating and implementing strategies for Promega.com and other web related marketing tools, working with internal customers to develop campaigns, and serve as a resource for upcoming trends in web development and e-marketing.

This position is responsible for the teams creating and implementing strategies for Promega.com and other web related marketing tools, working with internal customers to develop campaigns, and serve as a resource for upcoming trends in web development and e-marketing.

Successful Candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related area, Marketing, Graphic/Web Design, Software Development.
  • 2 years experience working in one or more of these areas.
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM and email marketing. 5+ years of management experience in the web development field.
  • Previous experience in the life sciences industry is an extra plus.

Preferred candidates will have the ability to take Promega to the next level using cutting edge web development trends, the ability to work effectively in a diverse and ever changing team, and a desire to think innovatively.
