The Market Data Analytics Lead oversees enterprise-wide market intelligence activities for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS), which includes routinely providing market insights to leaders across the system. This individual works with System leadership and stakeholders to inform business-planning initiatives in alignment with system strategic plans. The Market Data Analytics Lead analyzes and makes recommendations around emerging industry trends (forecasting), market opportunities, competitive intelligence and consumer voice. This individual reports to the director of marketing, the role has the responsibility to partner and work collaboratively throughout the System with key leaders and stakeholders to advance strategic priorities.

Requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree in strategic planning, marketing, communications, business or related field; Master’s degree in strategic planning, marketing, communications, business or related field.
  • Five years of experience in business planning, marketing analytics and/or strategic planning.
  • Experience leading cross function teams.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with interactive presentations to a group.
  • Ability to foster team productivity and cohesiveness.
  • Ability to work in complex matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information.
  • Demonstrated knowledge market analytic tools including but not limited to Optum Market Advantage, WHA, competitive intelligence and/or consumer intelligence data collection methodologies.
