Position Summary:

Wipfli LLP is looking for an experienced Marketing Account Manager to help grow our Healthcare industry. We are looking for candidates in the Milwaukee, Minneapolis and Chicago area.

The Marketing Account Manager oversees strategy, planning, and execution for integrated marketing and communications campaigns that support Wipfli’s Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be a marketing professional — with a strong interest in Healthcare and experience in professional services marketing and communications — with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with individuals at all levels of a matrixed organization.

Work with the Healthcare Growth Leader to develop marketing strategies and plans to support the business plans and initiatives of the Heathcare industry and the firm. Using the firm-wide tools that have been developed, this individual will determine the most effective approach for planning and executing each unique marketing program or situation.

  • Facilitate the day-to-day relationship between the assigned internal clients and the marketing organization.
  • Translate business strategies and market insights into results-focused marketing tactics by proactively proposing ideas, concepts and programs that will contribute to meeting the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the development and execution of integrated marketing tactics based on thorough analysis and a clear understanding of expected results
  • Work closely with the members of the marketing team to accomplish PR, demand generation, research and market intelligence needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing programs. Provide results and feedback to ultimately improve overall performance and drive accountability towards agreed upon goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with industry and geography to develop and manage marketing campaigns 
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support for Wipfli professionals on a day-to-day basis in support of marketing initiatives 
  • Collaborate with industry marketing team members to align technology consulting services with the client needs of those industries.
  • Work closely with appropriate business development team members to integrate their efforts with the marketing programs.
  • Collaborate strategically with software partners to leverage co-marketing programs in order to meet the goals of the relationship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business Administration and a minimum of 5 years in a comparable role
  • Must possess initiative, resourcefulness, be accurate, persistent and dependable 
  • Must be able to establish a high level of credibility with his/her clients
  • Uses influence to manage peers and/or individuals higher in rank and fosters a strong client relationship
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects / task simultaneously
  • Maintains professionalism and a "can-do-attitude" in the execution of all project-related assignments and
  • Evokes creative and innovative thinking from team members while helping them to bring their ideas to reality
