Minimum Education: Associates Degree

Preferred Minimum Experience: 3 years

As a Marketing/Administrative Assistant at MSI, your responsibilities will include;

  • Producing social media posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
  • Monitoring social media platforms and tracking and analyzing performance and engagement
  • Assisting with content creation and execution of e-mail campaigns 
  • Assisting with content creation and execution of company blog and newsletter 
  • Executing follow-up phone calls to customers on completed service activity 
  • Executing invitation phone calls for upcoming events and sale promotions
  • Event administration including development of attendee lists and general planning and communications with customers, employees, vendors, and travel providers 
  • Creating and maintaining targeted e-mail lists in Salesforce
  • Data entry in our accounting, CRM software (Salesforce), Excel spreadsheets and other
  • Typing letters, memos, and miscellaneous correspondence 
  • Document services including scanning, filing, copying 
  • Answering the phones for the business 
  • Incoming and outgoing mail, UPS, FedEx 
  • Ordering office supplies, postage, toner/ink for copier, paper
  • Experience in a business setting with LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube
  • Use and understanding of video software to create and edit social media posts
  • Proficient in working with CRM software (preferably Salesforce) 
  • Proficient in working with e-mail marketing tools (Constant Contact, SendGrid) 
  • In-depth understanding of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint 
  • Basic familiarity with WordPress 
  • Strong spelling and grammar skills 
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy 
  • Ability to manage several tasks at once 
  • Strong customer service attitude
