Job Summary:

The Marketing Administrator works with the Marketing Manager to create, implement, and manage marketing activities across multiple channels. This role will coordinate the day-to-day marketing activities, collaborate with corporate marketing to fulfill project requests, and proof all materials to ensure accuracy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create job requests and collaborate with the marketing team on the development of eblasts, print materials, signage, community openings, and upcoming events. 
  • Process requests from New Home Consultants for community-specific marketing needs. 
  • Audit product specification sheets for accuracy and update as needed; includes price lists, feature sheets, floorplan handouts, community maps, and brand collateral. 
  • Support the inventory home marketing program by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, editing and labeling photos to upload, and reviewing pricing for accuracy. 
  • Assist with new sales center setup and execution of grand opening marketing plans. 
  • Order and distribute promotional items for grand openings, realtor events, and giveaways. 
  • Provide back-up support to internet sales team; respond to customer inquiries as needed. 
  • Assist in setup and breakdown at community openings, sales meetings, and events. 
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales reports. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree coupled with 1-3 years’ marketing or administrative experience.
