Amtelco is looking for a Marketing/Advertising Specialist to be in charge of buiness to business digital and traditional marketing functions in our Telephone Answering Service and Call Center division.

This position includes the folowing duties...

  • Execute marketing campaigns that include print and online content
  • Design and produce bi-monthly magazine ads and press releases
  • Trade show materials: backdrop display design, print flyers, show theme creation, design and print easel signs, pre show marketing
  • Email marketing notifications to customers and prospects
  • Ability to work with prospect data imports and lists
  • Layout and send monthly electronic newsletter with Costant Contact and other email marketing tools
  • Compose sales communication tools for sales representatives
  • Marketing video design and scripts
  • Website design and content writing with SEO in mind
  • Product logo, icon and favicon design
  • Contribute web marketing content
  • Work with marketing and product developement teams and others throughout the company
  • Leverage Amtelco's strengths in comparison to competitors
  • Coordinate shows and meetings with Convention Coordinator including working with management, graphics, shipping and production
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Communications or Grapic Design or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Adobe Creative Cloud-Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign, Keynote and Drupal are valuable 
  • Highly organized with ability to simplify complex data into user-friendly formats
