PURPOSE:

Direct and lead pricing activities for Renewal by Andersen (RbA) wholesale products. Develop strategic insights from analysis and research to determine value pricing. Advise and consult with RbA Retailers for optimum retail pricing.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and execute marketing analytical and research activities for a business unit or marketing management in partnership with team or functional leaders. Define required outputs from research or analysis from delivery partner’s point of view. 
  • Define and clearly articulate customer needs, the competitive landscape, enterprise performance and consumer and industry trends relative to key business issues through analysis of complex research results and business and industry information. 
  • Combine analysis and research with insights into the industry and company in order to make appropriate recommendations and influence decision making. 
  • Proactively recommend research and customer information necessary to support strategic and tactical issues facing the company. 
  • Direct efforts of vendors in designing complex research projects and choosing appropriate methodologies and analytical tools. Evaluate vendor methodology and interpret research results. Analyze, interpret and articulate fact-based information to business leaders and cross functional teams as actionable insights and recommendations. 
  • Represent customer needs on project teams and company initiatives. Identify and quantify market opportunities. 
  • Manage annual research budget allocated to support information needs of assigned business unit and/or functional area. 
  • Relies on solid experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. May provide work direction, coaching and mentoring to analyst and associate analyst positions.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA Preferred: Business, Finance 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analysis, modelling and pricing within related field 
  • Excellent computer skills especially in spread sheet software.
