Corporate digital-intelligence champion leading the charge for a data-centric performance analysis approach to product development, marketing and customer programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal unified audience database initiative
  • Advocate for using data analysis to drive results across corporate initiatives and products
  • Work with clients and sales to identify which digital advertising opportunities best match marketing goals
  • Analyze data and develop approaches to determine customers at different stages in the buying cycle for various product types
  • Track KPIs to evaluate performance against goals 
  • Performs analysis of assigned projects and suggests strategic approaches which will help drive project performance 
  • Analyze user behavior to help maintain and increase user engagement with internal media products 
  • Analyze user profile and behavioral data to create customized marketing programs 
  • Involved in training of sales staff on digital products and procedures 
  • Helps sales staff determine advertising solutions to achieve communicated advertiser goals via an understanding of our digital products and how they support digital marketing strategies 
  • Helps gather internal project requirements from corporate stakeholders 
  • Project manages designated e-product initiatives, ensures deadlines are met and project requirements are complete 
  • Reviews assigned digital projects to ensure they adhere to corporate setup, tracking and reporting standards 
  • Helps write digital product marketing messaging as needed 
  • Helps educate internal associates on corporate approach for email engagement, email subject lines, SEO, tracking and reporting 
  • Performs analysis of assigned projects and suggests strategic approaches which will help drive project performance 
  • Run reports and provide analysis for corporate stakeholders on various campaigns as needed

Position Requirements:

  • Previous experience with data analysis and applying it to affect business results 
  • Previous experience analyzing user behavior in email or online 
  • Skill with business tools like spreadsheets and cloud-based business tools 
  • Ability to develop digital product best practices based on analysis of past product performance 
  • Experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools 
  • Ability to translate complex project specifications into understandable instructions 
  • Experience working on a team developing websites/digital projects 
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and approaches 
  • Familiarity with email database best practices 
  • Experience using online reporting or administration systems 
  • Knowledge of content marketing, behavioral marketing, automated marketing 
  • Understanding of digital-advertising jargon like CPM, views, impressions and contextually-targeted advertising
  • Proven experience with setting program goals and developing digital advertising plans 

Ideal Candidate Would:

  • Be naturally team oriented, would work well with and motive team members 
  • Have superb written and oral communication skills 
  • Be technology savvy and could easily recognize efficiencies to be gained from new technologies 
  • Be a self-directed learner 
  • Adapt to change easily 
  • Have the ability to grasp complex concepts 
  • Have 3-5 years of business or marketing experience 
  • Be self-sufficient and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
