Marketing Analyst

We need a marketer with extensive soft skills who can both help us find and attract great talent through messaging, tools and connection building while helping us position our offering to our clients who are employers.   • Serve as our lead generation subject matter expert - be and stay current on digital marketing tools and techniques, optimize mix for targeted results
  • Develop and present sales proposals for new and prospective clients
  • Build presence for MARS in the local candidate community through messaging, active participation and team engagement
  • Execute and close sales contracts
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, strong network builder and relationship nurturer
  • Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
  • High-level organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Basic knowledge of Hubspot CRM
  • Ability to build sales and business plans for new customer profiles or market segments
  • Willingness to step in and help in other areas of the business
  • Passionate, motivated and hungry to succeed

  • Track record of success in a B2C environment
