As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Designing analytic solutions focused against strategic marketing objectives 
  • Translating data into clear and actionable insights on markets and consumers that enable our brands to exceed business goals 
  • Elevating the role of marketing in the organization by driving adoption of marketing measurement

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution 
  • Minimum seven (7) years of combined experience in market research, data analytics, consulting, marketing, and/or sales in a private, public, government or military environment 
  • Experience using analytics to take projects effectively from analysis to insight and implementation

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Possess expertise equivalent to that which would be obtained in a master’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy 
  • Deep knowledge of the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry 
  • Proficient use of data and solutions provided by syndicated data companies such as IRI, Nielsen and /or Numerator 
  • Experience in collaborating across multiple countries
