Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About You:

We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator who will support the Marketing and Communications Manager and Executives of LVC.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in gathering and assessing key marketing and communications analytics 
  • Assist in monitoring and improving Google My Business landing pages 
  • Assist in creating strategic marketing plan and achieving goals 
  • Assist in LVC Event Marketing 
  • Create and design PowerPoint presentations 
  • Gather items and design quarterly company newsletters 
  • Maintain social media platforms 
  • Assist with planning, creation and utilization of marketing and communications content 
  • Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns 
  • Assist with customer appreciation/loyalty campaigns 
  • Assist with building and maintaining website 
  • Track SEP keyword trends 
  • Assist with LVC participation in charitable events and donations 
  • Monitor LVC advertising and public relations opportunities 
  • Build and maintain customer and partner relationships 
  • Assist President/CEO with special projects as requested
  • High School Diploma 
  • College degree (or pursuing) is preferred 
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups 
  • Must be responsible, self-motivated, personable, well-organized 
  • Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines 
  • High level of organization and attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with various levels of people 
  • Efficient time management skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Must be technologically savvy


Competitive pay ranging from $18-$20/hour depending on qualifications.
