The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing communication and marketing strategies driven by senior leadership. We are looking for a talented professional to share their excellent writing skills and creativity in this highly collaborative position.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator is responsible for executing communication and marketing strategies driven by senior leadership. We are looking for a talented professional to share their excellent writing skills and creativity in this highly collaborative position.

The key job functions are:

  • Coordinate efforts needed for the Company's participation in various industry conferences and events.
  • Prepare written material for conferences, events and in support of the Company’s business development efforts.
  • Assist in the selection and procurement of the Company’s branded merchandise.
  • Create content for various digital media such as blog posts, Company website, social media, and intranet.
  • Partner with various departments and other Old Republic subsidiaries to support internal marketing and communication initiatives and develop effective marketing and communication materials.

 

We are looking for individuals who:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent, and a minimum of five years of related experience. We will consider extensive relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Have superior writing skills, are project-driven and self-motivated, and welcome the opportunity to collaborate within a team.
  • Are detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Are proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop Illustrator, and InDesign, in addition to MS Office.
