Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will provide project-based support, coordination and organization for marketing and communications activities. Help define and execute marketing strategy to increase brand awareness. Coordinate marketing efforts and develop content to support web, specific programs and services based on marketing and promotional needs across ACS. This role will also support media relations efforts, online retail store, events, and other marketing campaigns/projects as assigned.


  • Oversee development and inventory of brochures and other marketing collateral. 
  • Prepare pitches, proposals, presentations, and other client-facing document, ensuring delivery and/or production requirements are met. 
  • Prepare and upload website content. 
  • Gather and execute content for social media campaigns. 
  • Assist in media relations efforts including serving as backup for media segments, preparing media alerts, working with adopters for weekly media segments, researching talking points. 
  • Create and coordinate logistics for branded merchandise and other physical branded marketing items for use across ACS and the online store. 
  • Assist in execution of email campaigns. 
  • Assist with internal office events and initiatives assigned.

  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills. 
  • Strong presentation/PPT development skills with some visual design flair. 
  • Business analysis expertise and problem-solving skills. 
  • Knowledge of design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop. 
  • Expertise in data analysis; e.g., Excel, reporting. 
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal presentation. 
  • Keen attention to detail and prioritizing tasks. 
  • Flexibility - some evening and weekend events will be required.


  • Bachelor’s degree plus minimum one year’s experience in marketing (preferred) or other relevant communications experience.


  • 2-4 years of experience.

Note: A comparable combination of education, experience or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skills and ability required may qualify an individual.

Salary Range: $18.00 Annually Onwards
