Marketing and Communications Coordinator

Our Marketing team is growing and we are looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join us in our Woodridge, IL office. We have some exciting projects in the pipeline with more on the horizon! Qualified candidates should be strong communicators and have a strong work ethic.

Here are some of the things we see you working on:

• Participates in key assignments for the implementation of the firm-wide internal and external communication goals. 
• Supports ongoing maintenance of the company website. 
• Develops and maintains social media, press release, and other company news content. 
• Updates and maintains branding standards. 
• Provides graphic design for marketing collateral and all forms of external, internal, and recruitment communication. 
• Coordinates photography and video production to support marketing and recruitment efforts. 
• Ensures consistent brand image internally and externally, including maintaining and distributing brand assets such as logos, letterhead, and company promotional items, and standard templates. 
• Supports firm’s involvement in professional organizations including conferences and submissions for awards. 
• Plans and facilitates business development client events. 
• Assists in other administrative or marketing areas as requested or assigned.

Successful Backgrounds Could Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Graphic Design, Journalism or related field preferred (or commensurate experience). 
• 5+ years in professional service industry experience (engineering, architecture, or construction a plus) 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and professional demeanor – speaks clearly and concisely, listens and gets clarification in one-on-one and group situations. 
• Ability to communicate through visual designs. 
• Demonstrate the ability to accurately proof documents for clarity and accuracy. 
• Possesses analytical thinking and decisive judgment skills. 
• Self-motivated to stay on task and move project to completion. 
• Manages time and priorities effectively to complete tasks and projects with a sense of urgency; adept at handling multiple tasks. 
• Technology: highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
