Work includes internal/external communications, brand development, product/service promotions to members, prospective members, construction users, and the news media. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for successfully interacting with staff and association members. This individual is the main spokesperson for the news media and a presenter/emcee at various association events. The person must be skillful with audio/visual equipment and be able to deliver information in various formats. This position supervises one staff person and works with approximately 25 internal staff members.
This is a full-time, exempt position working in a relaxed environment at our far east side Madison location, not a remote or hybrid position. Some fieldwork and state/regional travel required.
