Position Details

Marketing & Communications Intern
Twin Cities Metro
Eden Prairie, MN

Performing competitive analysis for Winnebago Industries on competitor websites and social media channels, identifying best practices, and making suggestions to improve Winnebago Industries website and social media channels. Also analyze current Winnebago Industries website, social media, and internal communications to present suggestions for better practices.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Perform competitive analysis to determine prioritized areas to update Winnebago Industries website and social media channels 
  • Prepare competitive analysis findings and insights to inform website and social media update plans 
  • Develop compelling value propositions for internal communications 
  • Develop communication campaigns to drive employee engagement 
  • Create and assist in executing compelling communication promotions

Key Attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Knowledge of website functionality and social media campaigns 
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally and with all levels of individuals 
  • Project management – ability to plan, organize and execute 
  • Curiosity and a growth mindset – research - and learning-oriented 
  • Other Proficient with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) 
  • Experience with social media platforms (Optional) 
  • Proficient with Adobe suite

Internship Dates: June 5th - July 28th

Hourly Rate: $25/hour.
