As a key member of the Advancement Team, the Marketing and Communications Manager supports and builds Family Pathways brand, reputation, and revenue goals by executing strategic marketing and communication plans to inform, educate, inspire, and engage current and potential donors, volunteers, clients, and community partners. 

Some Examples of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Create impactful content for reports, newsletters, social media, etc 
  • Design internal and external collateral materials 
  • Build and maintain relationships with local media and Chambers of Commerce 
  • Collaborate with program managers to build story bank

Who You Are

  • Proven leader with 2+ years of graphic design and social media marketing experience 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress (or similar platform) 
  • Dependable, creative, and able to work independently 
  • Attentive to detail 
  • Team-builder and collaborator 
  • Strong interpersonal and writing skills 
  • Organized and proactive 
  • Able and willing to travel throughout service area 
  • Previous work in nonprofit fundraising preferred.

How We Say “Thank You” for Choosing Family Pathways:

Starting Salary: $52,000 to $55,000 per year, commensurate on experience and Family Pathways pay structure
