BioRESEARCH Associates, Inc., a global dental manufacturer, and distributor is seeking a mid-level marketing specialist with excellent graphic design skills to create and manage email, social media, and printed materials for various company-wide activities.

Our small office is highly collaborative and we all are free to add to the outcome of the company. The perfect candidate will report progress regularly and be semi-autonomous.

They can create content in Adobe Creative Suite and publish content on social, websites, and in print. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who also enjoys video production and also understands how to set up and use a DSLR camera for photography and video, including live feeds. The Marketing Specialist will engage in company events and create collateral to support them.

The ideal candidate will look forward to new challenges and be ok with a liquid and ever-changing environment. We’ve got the tools, and even a ticketing system to help plan your work, what we need is someone willing to take the reins and take this role to the next level. We are open to a semi-remote role once established, however, we plan our work in advance and deliverables must be maintained to set deadlines.

Specific Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience as marketing specialist or similar role 
  • An understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods 
  • Demonstratable experience in marketing data analytics and tools to objectively measure the results and impact of each campaign 
  • Able to read and understand a brand guide and apply its principles computer skills, including MS Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS Adobe Illustrator and pre-print processes 
  • Well-organized and detail oriented 
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills 
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind 
  • Professional acumen is important 
  • Ability to work with vendors professionally 
  • Collaborative spirit is a requirement
  • Bachelors in Marketing, Sales or Engineering

  • Creative calendar creation and marketing planning experience 
  • General marketing automation experience 
  • Live streaming knowledge and experience via YouTube and Vimeo Ability to travel to trade shows and seminars for content generation (Max of 6 weekends per year)
