Reporting to the Marketing Manager and as part of a global marketing team, the marketing and content coordinator will support the creation, development, and deployment of global marketing content designed to support business growth. Working as part of the team, they will be responsible for capturing, curating, and distilling the strengths of our business into compelling, focused content.

As an integral member of a cohesive and collaborative global marketing team, this role will help to define and manage the company’s external presence, reinforcing our brand and proposition by communicating our expertise and strengths through a combination of effective and relevant marketing content and campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support in the ideation, initiation and delivery of content and content campaigns aligned to the global marketing strategy. 
  • Work closely with sales enablement and strategic insights teams to deliver effective and relevant global marketing and sales enablement content. 
  • Manage the creation and management of professional and engaging focused written and visual content for external and internal audiences across multiple channels including digital and social. 
  • Support in the creation, management and delivery of the content and campaign schedule/calendar. 
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of scheduled content and campaigns from briefing through to distribution - including trafficking and project management across all channels. 
  • Administer and trafficking the global marketing inboxes ensuring that the right requests are prioritized and distributed to the right members of the team. 
  • Research, curate and create content for social media from across the group. 
  • Work alongside appropriate external agency support for marketing activities where internal agency support is not available. 
  • Take joint ownership and responsibility for correct implementation of the visual brand and brand tone of voice, championing brand strategy, and enabling adherence. 
  • Demonstrate a focus on the importance of content quality and compliance through diligent content proofing, editing and improvement. 
  • Understand the importance of content optimization such as SEO to drive channel performance. 
  • Assist in the delivery of the broad content distribution strategy focused on engaging and influencing our core audiences of internal (Group Management Board, colleagues) and external (investors, clients, prospects, and prospective employees) 
  • Be an ambassador for the business and the HH Global brand internally and externally.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing current or future employer sponsorship. 
  • Some previous experience in a content marketing or marketing position 
  • A relevant marketing qualification and knowledge of content marketing principles 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with people at all levels across anorganization. 
  • Confident, resourceful and a "can do"attitude. 
  • Passionate and proud of their work and driven by the pursuit of excellence. 
  • Team player with ability to operate independently. 
  • Calm under pressure with adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple projects. 
  • Strong organization and planning skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
