Here at BAYCOM, we are looking for anexperienced and versatile marketer passionate about leading the marketing and narrative strategy for our organization. The Marketing and Content Manager will oversee the entire marketing execution, serving as a self-driven contentstrategist, who will work closely with the President, leadership and OwnersEdge marketing team to devise, implement and execute marketing and communication strategies.


  • Develop strategies and tactics to market our company and drive qualified right-fit sales opportunities to our business 
  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop growth plans for the organization 
  • Manage and deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution 
  • Oversee marketing budget and work closely with Director of Marketing on an ongoing basis to ensure forecasts are accurate and work is on budget 
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials from website, blog, social media,to hard copy brochures and tradeshow materials 
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for BAYCOM website, blog and social media outlets that attracts and coverts target audiences
  • Work independently or in collaboration with a digital agency to execute a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels such as: content creation, pay-per-click campaigns, copywriting, social media, copywriting, performance analysis, public relations and more
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing, business or related field 
  • Minimum 5-7 years of marketing and or related experience 
  • A strong sense of ownership with the potential and attitude required to learn and leave ego at the door 
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and strong communication 
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, AI and HubSpot suite 
  • Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, WordPress, Asana, Canva, Hootsuite is preferred 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of digital advertising tactics and strategies including e-mail campaigns, SEM, display and social media ads, among others 
  • Background in Copywriting, PR and/or graphic design preferred, but not necessary
  • Passionate, self-starting, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented leader who is collaborative and motivational 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with senior leaders and other staff to achieve goals Team player who creates trust, exudes credibility, and can elevate enthusiasm across the organization
  • Ability to effectively manage and collaborate with vendors
