About the Position:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support Invenergy’s marketing team through graphic design and video production – creating and editing marketing materials to support Invenergy’s rapidly growing business. The Graphic Design & Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Brand & Creative Senior Associate to provide design and marketing support to all departments across the company from creating PowerPoints and project invitations to maintaining our various websites. This position will focus on brand execution across all materials, maintaining consistency and ensuring all materials are up-to-date. Excellent attention to detail in design is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative and compelling multimedia deliverables for Invenergy’s external and internal marketing and communications, including digital content, print collaterals, presentations, and videos based on company brand guidelines and templates as well as original creative formats 
  • Prioritize and respond to requests from internal client teams on creative service deliverables including presentations, fact sheets, logos, videos, event invitations, posters, handouts, and more 
  • Execute digital creative and video production projects from concept to delivery including storyboarding, shooting and sourcing footage, managing external vendors, editing and delivery. 
  • Maintain and enchance Invenergy’s library of marketing materials and creative assets to ensure content is up-to-date and easily accessible to Invenergy employees 
  • Support the creation and maintainance of Invenergy’s digital properties, including creating new websites for Invenergy development projects and keeping Invenergyllc.com and other corporate sites regularly updated 
  • Create and edit advanced-level PowerPoint presentations for teams across the organization, leveraging brand guidelines and brand templates and working with outside design vendors 
  • Prepare files for printing and interface with external print vendors to ensure high quality production of printed materials 
  • Review branded swag proofs from vendors to ensure consistency with brand standards 
  • Develop social media assets in partnership with our Communications team 
  • Execute on templates and update existing materials with new content 
  • Provide design assistance for other marketing and internal communications materials as needed 
  • Act as a resource for cross-functional teams for projects and design needs 
  • Be able to spot design inconsistencies in color, spacing, fonts, etc. easily when presented

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in the areas of graphic design, marketing, advertising, communications, or other relevant field 
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in graphic design through marketing or advertising 
  • Proven creative skills with digital content and visual portfolio 
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) 
  • Experience with video production and editing strongly preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Outlook and PowerPoint 
  • Strong organizational skills and a very high level of attention to detail 
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic who can work under pressure and maintain quality across multiple assignments 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high achieving, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Background and passion for the energy sector a plus
