HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The Marketing & Design Intern will assist the Enterprise Communications team in the development, creation and production of Lube-Tech’s marketing tools in a range of formats. This position will ensure that all publications and messages are delivered on time and within budget, in accordance with our customer’s and/or Lube-Tech’s corporate identity standards.

Marketing:

  • Assist with developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website, etc.) 
  • Create engaging content (e.g., blog posts, social media captions, email copy) 
  • Assists and develops content as needed for enterprise communications, such as presentations, emails, texts, etc. 
  • Ensure marketing requests are completed 
  • Maintain brand consistency by adhering to Lube-Tech's corporate identity guidelines 
  • Proofread and edit existing content to ensure accuracy and effectiveness 
  • Provide support for internal and external company events

Graphic Design:

  • Design eye-catching graphics for marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, website banners, email templates) 
  • Develop and maintain brand identity elements 
  • Assist with photo editing and other design tasks 
  • Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm creative concepts and refine designs based on feedback

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):

Education:

  • Junior or Senior level college student currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or Communications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Creative with the ability to develop innovative and compelling content, concepts and designs in a variety of formats including but not limited to posters, catalogs, retail displays, sell sheets, logos, vehicle graphics etc. 
  • Strong listening, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames 
  • Quick and accurate keyboard/computer skills 
  • Experience with content development tools like Adobe Creative Cloud
