Adelman Travel is looking for a creative, dependable, and enthusiastic Marketing and Design Specialist. This new position will bring Adelman products and services to life by promoting the Adelman difference through the use of web design, video, and sales material creation.

The Marketing and Design Specialist will assist the marketing department in the organization of various promotions, projects and events as well as assisting the sales team in the creation of best-in-class presentations to new prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designs and maintains Adelman customer portals and company intranet
  • Collaborates with development team to discuss, analyze and resolve usability issues as well as create and operate internal/external web sites, or to manage projects, such as e-marketing campaigns
  • Creates sales slicks, brand awareness materials, logos, and other materials for sales department
  • Designs layouts for various communications required for internal/external distribution, such as flyers, ads, sales slicks, newsletters, white papers, etc.
  • Creates content and develops design layouts for email marketing campaigns to internal/external customers
  • Maintains and updates content on Adelman mobile apps
  • Reviews and updates web page content or links in a timely manner, using appropriate tools
  • Participates, actively, in social media committee meetings and posts relevant updates to various social media sites
  • Designs and coordinates all requests for printing (i.e. business cards, employee manuals, presentations, envelopes, etc.)
  • Ensures project accuracy while working under tight deadlines.

Requirements include:

  • Associates degree from two-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar field
  • 2 years of related experience; or 4 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated creative thinking and initiative
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Previous website design knowledge and maintenance,Social Media Site Management
  • HTML experience a plus!
