Marketing and Development, Nonprofit

Our Space is currently seeking an experienced, creative, and enthusiastic Marketing and Development professional. This person will utilize a variety of marketing and development techniques to effectively represent our mission and values to current and potential community stakeholders. This role will primarily focus on developing the Our Space brand through marketing collateral materials, digital marketing campaigns (email/website/social media), fundraising events, and the development and maintenance of a vibrant and active donor base.

• Social Media campaign planning, implementation, and ongoing maintenance. 
• Update and maintain WordPress website using Elementor Plugin. 
• Create and update marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, signage, etc. 
• Meet with key Our Space team members to develop stories, blogs, media releases, in an effort to create awareness of programs and services. 
• Develop comprehensive blogging campaign to showcase members, employees, programs, events, and other noteworthy messages.
• Develop and nurture key media relationships to create awareness of Our Space mission, programs and services. 
• Develop and oversee all aspects of fundraising campaigns in both event and non-event formats. 
• Conduct research on current and potential donors. Meet with key constituents and facilitate discussions to create and maintain strong working relationships. 
• Facilitate and participate in continuous process improvement initiatives. 
• Other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Nonprofit Business and/or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years working in related field. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, solid leadership skills, and exceptional organizational skills
• Advanced technology skills, specifically using WordPress and Adobe Creative Suite.
