We are seeking a Part-Time Marketing professional. This position offers a creative and motivated individual hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, with a strong focus on social media, digital communications, and website updates. Initially, in-office collaboration will be necessary for training and onboarding, with flexibility for remote work as the role progresses. Work hours are part-time and can be tailored around school schedules or other commitments. This role can be a temporary internship or a long-term part-time position. Some occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed for event support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
  • Support email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, managing lists, and reporting on performance.
  • Help maintain and update website content for accuracy, engagement, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate on event planning and assist with event setup as needed.
  • Bring a fresh perspective to marketing initiatives and contribute creative ideas.
  • Support administrative tasks and organizational projects within the Marketing Department.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

Job Skills:

  • Interest in social media strategy, digital media, and content creation.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, website CMS platforms, or email marketing platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt in a flexible work environment.
  • Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Previous internship, freelance experience, or personal project work is a bonus but not required.
