GENERAL DUTIES:

Oversees all events, campaigns, and activities for agency. Manages logistics, marketing, materials, budgets, and timelines to ensure that all activities are a success. Hand-on role required to create and manage details of event strategy, vision, planning, execution and follow-up.

REPORTING SUPERVISOR: President & CEO

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

* Know, understand and display the RCS mission and goals.

* Point of contact for all inquiries related to agency fundraising efforts and event planning.

* Work with all fundraisers to ensure that events and campaigns are successful and reflect the organizations’ mission and values.

* Lead meetings within Agency for all fundraising efforts.

* Budgets – Locations, materials, promotional products, logistics, supplies, transportation, food, etc.

* Handle all aspects of event planning including, but not limited to; finding venues, negotiating fees, vendor contracts, vendor management, ordering of food & beverages, equipment & supplies, travel arrangements, ordering marketing supplies, ensuring appropriate décor, etc.

* Location management.

* Coordinating outreach.

* Registration.

* Sponsorship – Work with internal teams/committees to find and secure new sponsors. Point of contact for communication with sponsors.

* Communications.

* Work with internal teams/committees to create content for materials and communications – emails, flyers, invitations, letters, website posts, social media campaigns, newsletters, etc.

* Manage fundraising software. Develop trackable KPIs and analyze the data for successful event planning. Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the President & CEO.

* Denotes essential job function.

Baccalaureate Degree or equivalent with at least three years of experience. Strong communication, organizational and computer skills. Must be authorized for coverage under agency insurance if operating agency vehicle, have good driving record, valid Wisconsin driver's license, and/or required level of personal auto insurance.
