Marketing Assistant

AdaptHealth is a nationwide home medical equipment company seeking an energetic, hard working and organized individual looking the enter the marketing industry.

This is an entry level position and reports to the Vice President of Marketing. 

The ideal candidate for this multi-tasking position shall demonstrate strong communication skills, strong work ethic, professionalism, and computer proficiency. Customer Service experience or administrative assistant experience is a plus. Must be able to work in a dynamic fast paced work environment. Job Duties:

  • Assist VP of Marketing with assigned projects 
  • Assembly of presentation books 
  • Packing and Shipping items 
  • Inventory Maintenance 
  • Promotional material research 
  • Marketing team project support 
  • Sales event support
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong oral communication skills and time management skills 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook 
  • Occasional overnight travel to meetings and sales trainings

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
